• Safety

Painting, Drywall, Carpentry and concrete services can be hazardous work, whether its working on a ladder or dealing with solvents and dust. Hiring a professional contractor means you don't have to worry about these problems.



• We never skip our prep work

Preparation is key to a great looking, long lasting job. Hardware such as door knobs, electrical switch and outlet covers get removed or masked. Thermostats are protected with masking tape. Flaking paint is scraped and sanded. Holes and cracks are patched with interior grade spackle. Cracks in corners, baseboards and moldings are caulked acrylic caulking. Patched areas are sanded with fine sandpaper. High quality primers are used and each coat - from primer to final coat - is checked for quality.*



• We don't invade your personal space

Areas we are not working are considered off limits. If we're not working in that area, we have no need to be there. We will not use your bathrooms without your permission and if we do get your permission, we will not leave a mess.



• We will protect your belongings

Masking tape and drop cloths are removed, floors are swept or vacuumed, and furniture and hardware is carefully placed back. All garbage, tools and equipment are removed at this point care is taken when working in your house or anywhere on your property. Areas that are not being service will be properly protected and the appropriate steps taken to protect all furniture, floors, appliances, plants, frames, vehicles and anything else that should not be painted.*
